KIZZ Daniel Joins League of Street-Owning Celebrities In Haven Homes Estate

Haven Homes, a leading luxury real estate company, has expanded the support for Nigeria’s creative industry with adoption and street naming for some notable celebrities whose success in the industry have provided them the means to join their exclusive list of home buyers.

The most recent amongst these is Kizz Daniel, an excited 26 Year-old hip-hop artist who took to his Instagram Page to celebrate this achievement. Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, better known as Kizz Daniel, is a renowned singer and songwriter, best known for his singles “Woju”, “Yeba” and many others. He went by the stage name Kiss Daniel prior to changing it in 2018.

Quoting the General Manager of the company, Mrs Ufuoma Ilesanmi, “We know that our homes presently share many similar values with the creative industry considering the fact that our architecture is an epitome of uniqueness and creativity, we have therefore chosen to recognize our artistes who have excelled beyond the country’s borders and are having great influence across the globe,”

In the last few months Haven Homes anchored her support in the area of celebrating Nigerian creative legends including artistes such as including Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, Banky W and Falz the Bahd guy have received street naming honors after them in Richmond Gate Estate, Lekki, one of Haven Homes’ high profile Estates.

Haven Homes has equally honored other creative stars in this manner including popular comedian Ayo Makun (AY), and global music diva Tiwa Savage. These are among the many stars that have streets named after them in the highbrow estate that has since earned the name ‘Nigerian Beverley Hills’ due to the concentration of A-List celebrities living there.

‘Arya Starr’ debuts at No. 1 on Nigerian Apple Music ‘Top Albums’ chart

Mavin Records newly signed artiste has taken 2021 by storm with her debut EP — Arya Starr — which in a short amount of time and maybe unexpectedly is already the number on Nigerian Apple Music ‘Top Albums’.

Arya Starr will become the second female since Tems and first of 2021 to top the Apple Music NG album charts; Tems topped the chart with ‘For Broken Ears’ EP. Arya Starr also seems to draw a lot of comparisons to Tems, fans and listeners cite sound, genre of music (and for some, looks) as factors for such comparisons.

Arya Starr dispositions “Made In Lagos” which has been atop the Apple Music charts for Nigerian albums for more three weeks now.

Arya Starr is currently the No. 1 album on Nigerian Apple Music.

Mavin signed Arya Starr drops debut self-titled EP – Arya Starr

2021 Mavin Signee, Arya Starr releases her debut EP, named after herself – Arya Starr. The Lagos-based Benin-born singer navigates through 13 minutes of well peroduced tracks with outstanding vocals on topics ranging predominantly on love (on “Sare”, “Ija”, “Memories”) to being personal (on “Ditr”).

The production on Arya Starr are majorly slow-pitched instrumentation — majorly from guitar and keyboard and laced with slow-paced drum beats — made to capture Arya Starr soothing vocals and just enough well wrtitten lyrics.

Wizkid’s “Ginger” and “Essence” hold down the top 2 spot on UK Afrobeat Charts

Ginger by Wizkid and Burna Boy peaks at the top spot of UK Afrobeat Charts while Essence by Wizkid and Tems moves to the second spot.

Ginger previously peaked at No. 2 while Essence at No. 3 on the charts but it was projected for the collaborative effort between two of Nigeria’s finest exporters of music to eventually become number one someday.

Ginger displaces Yxng Bane featuring D-Block Europe “Cut Me Off” from the No. 1 position, moving two spaces to become this week’s No. 1 song on the UK Afrobeat Charts. Both Ginger and Essence are both featured on Wizkid’s October released ‘Made In Lagos’.
