Burna Boy Accused of Cheating by Instagram Personality Jo Pearl

Damini Ogulu, professionally called Burna Boy, cheating allegations have been brought to light by Instagram personality and entrepreneur known as Jo Pearl.

Jo Pearl revealed a well detailed account of her relationship with the African music superstar dating back two years from now, which coincidentally was when Burna Boy and girlfriend, Steff London first linked up.

According to her, she was in a relationship with Burna Boy before he met Steff London and they were together for a while but for some reasons unknown to her, Burna Boy which she simply referred to as “D” (short for Damini) on her video just stopped talking to her, cutting all forms of communication with her for 2 months and for a while their relationship went south.

She claimed she got to know about the singer’s much publicised relationship with UK rapper and singer, Steff London, courtesy of the internet and social media. She revealed the outcome of finding out did take a toll on her for the time being as she said she broke down in tears, “I cried for days . . . I cried for weeks”.

According to her, the flames with Burna Boy got rekindled when he (Burna) reached out to her via texting to discuss about their stance of their (then deserted) relationship with eachother which led to them making up for the lost time and sparking love interests in eachother once again. This happened after Burna Boy and Steff London began dating according to her report.

Burna Boy and Steff London

Jo Pearl continued by stating that both her and Burna Boy decided to keep the relationship private and she has been to Burna Boy’s house in the UK several times and to all his shows since then; even claiming when people spot her and Burna together and ask if they were a couple, they would just laugh things off and continue to keep the secrecy of their relationship in check. She even dropped the bombshell, claiming Burna Boy has promised she would be his wife, using all sorts of sweet words and romantic gestures on her anytime they are together.

In wrapping up her video she stated that her intentions behind publicising her relationship after 2 years of keeping it a secret is because the singer’s relationship with his public girlfriend has began to take a toll on her mentally and she can’t contain the hurt she feels inside anytime she sees post of her the man she loves (Burna Boy) with another woman whom she did not even pay mind to mention her name verbally through the entire length of the video, sticking to referring to her (Steff London) as “so and so”.

She also claimed she did not make this video and release it for “clout”, telling the public to feel free to criticize and judge her but she just had to speak her mind for the sake of her mental health and stability; continuously reminding us “I love D [Damini]” and will never do anything to hurt him or put his life and career in jeopardy.

As at the time of this writing, neither Burna Boy, his management, Steff London nor her team have spoken on the issue.

Cover artwork for 6th Heaven EP.

On 6th Heaven, Niniola not only showed her marvelous vocal range but proved to listeners she can make records that aren’t Afro-house/Afrobeat and that she showcased on a high note (literally).

Tracklist for 6th Heaven EP

6th Heaven is Nini releasing electrifying sensual performances through music. On the first track, ‘The One’, Niniola ticked all boxes reminiscent of a young Whitney Houston on ‘I Will Always Love You’; the second track is her boastfully assuring to literally take her sexual partner to a state, she calls ‘6th Heaven’.

One thing that also stands out on 6th Heaven is Niniola’s pen game. The songs are well written and she stayed on topic through out the entire length of each song and the EP by extension; maintaining the core all through the five tracks: love, sex and relationship.
